The Ytel team is continuing to grow, and we are currently looking to add to our talented Sales department. We need somebody with a desire to be great, and a work ethic second to none. Someone with a passion for technology, who gets excited about the idea of leaving their fingerprints on change!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Following up on leads provided from the team via email and phone; as well as prospecting for new leads
  • Managing prospects as they move down the sales pipeline
  • Working with Sales leadership, and Technical team, to satisfy customers and prospects
  • Developing relationships with customers, gaining referrals to prospective customers and up-sells
  • Executing demos of our software to prospective customers
  • Inputting, updating, and maintaining customer notes in our CRM system, allowing the team to fully support your account
  • Providing amazing customer service and answering solution related questions

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Strong background in sales, preferably cloud based software
  • Ability to cold call and communicate via email professionally
  • Previous experience building out a pipeline and book of business
  • Understanding of the sales process and how to move prospects through it
  • Excellent customer service and ability to communicate
