We are currently looking for a Senior level Sales Engineer with a strong understanding of the CRM industry, and the platforms in the space. Someone who has integrated Marketing Automation Systems or API’s to CRM systems in the past. We need someone with a passion for technology, who gets excited about the idea of leaving their fingerprints on change.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Discovering, developing and closing major accounts by leveraging your knowledge of our systems and how to integrate them
  • Working with our Sales team and Executives throughout the sales life cycle, acting as the technical subject matter expert, crafting solutions that satisfy the customer’s needs
  • Identify any technical issues or roadblocks for prospective customers
  • Identifying and prioritizing technical requirements/needs from customers, then translating them to our team and ensuring the requirements are met
  • Owning direct account and partner responsibilities for major account
  • Mentoring and sharing best practices with the Sales Engineering team
  • Keeping up-to-date on relevant competitive solutions, products and services
  • Helping in other sales functions, such as channel partner development and management

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Strong background in marketing automation and API’s
  • Expert understanding of CRM systems and how to integrate with them
  • Proven pre-sales experience, guiding prospects/customers
  • Technical by nature and the ability to understand messaging and data flow
  • Ability to open doors and push deals through the pipeline
  • Past experience working with Enterprise customers, creating solutions to fit their needs
  • Strong ability to understand business process and technology
  • Previous Sales Engineering experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
