Our team is growing, and we are currently looking for an experienced leader, who can ensure that our products and services remain industry leaders as the competitive landscape continues to evolve! Most importantly, we need someone with a passion for technology, who gets excited about the idea of leaving their fingerprints on change!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Acting as the subject matter expert in our industry, understanding technology needs for businesses and our customers
  • Making suggestions on pricing, features, functionality or process for our products or services to position them optimally on the market
  • Acting as the point of contact for internal communication of the products/services roadmaps
  • Identifying new areas that we can be first to market with solutions
  • Working with current customers and prospects to identify areas for Ytel’s products to better service the market
  • Creating proforma P&L’s to determine the validity of new product ideas in relation to Ytel’s success
  • Performing competitive analysis to ensure Ytel is on the forefront of the market at all times
  • Designing and documenting product/service enhancements in advance, and gaining feedback from Ytel users, prospects, and internal team members
  • Coordinating between product development, marketing, sales and customer research to deliver the product/service on time and on budget
  • Delivering new products/services, and new versions of products/services, on time and on budgets

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous experience managing multiple products/services
  • Ability to to analyze financial, marketing and business information
  • Understanding of competitive analysis, and how to position products/services
  • Expert understanding of the Marketing and Lead Generation industry
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross functional teams
  • Previous experience being customer facing and successfully launching new products/services (new and existing markets)
  • Experience in cloud-based software services, preferably telecom
  • Ability to travel to customers, partners, conferences and trade shows to maximize competitive intelligence
  • Software development background would be a huge plus
