Sixty percent of the digital marketing professionals who responded to a recent survey reported difficulty in reaching their target audiences with messaging and content. Only 19 percent of those surveyed were "very familiar" with how automation could help drive marketing campaigns, according to Ytel. Fifty-eight percent of those surveyed said they liked to use phones for marketing.
The Orange County Register honored 140 companies and organizations at the 10th annual Top Workplaces gala at the City Grove of Anaheim. More than 800 people attended the event. Ytel placed #8 out of 80 small company winners.
GetApp's quarterly ranking showcases the top 25 Call Center apps based in the cloud. Each app is scored using five factors, worth 20 points each, for a total possible score out of 100. These factors include user reviews, integrations, mobile app availability, media presence, and security. Each app's score is independent of commercial interests and existing relationships that GetApp has with app vendors. Ytel’s X5 Cloud Contact Center ranks #7.
Comparably's annual Best Companies by Region list highlights the best company cultures in specific metro areas. Ytel ranks #14 in the Los Angeles area.
Comparably analyzed its database of over 3 million employee ratings on 30,000 US companies to come up with this list of the top small companies, based on overall employee satisfaction rating. Small companies were defined as firms with less than 500 employees. Ytel ranks #20.
